Hello and thank you again for your interest in Her Gifted Hands. We strive to give you the best customer service possible and we have listed some policies that will help us to serve you better. Please read below:


Please do not show up at our office requesting an appointment or to ask a question. You may send a request to us through phone call, or text to request an appointment. If you show up, you will not be addressed due to our privacy for our clients and therapist being serviced


Our therapist and I only work by appointments only. No same day appointments are scheduled

When preparing for your session, we require that all persons leave their bottom undergarment on during their service


We require a $50 deposit or payment in full at the time of booking to secure your appointment with us which can be paid on our service page or through Zelle, Venmo we thank you for your cooperation... No exceptions


We require a 24 hour cancellation in advance for all services in order for you to re-book with our business

If you cancel at the last minute, we require a $25 fee to reschedule with us that can be paid at the bottom of this page


Our Medical Client Intake Form has to be completed in its entirety before any appointments are booked which will be emailed to you 


If you have booked an appointment with us and you cancel at the last minute or you are a no show, you will be required to pay for your service in full at the time of booking and we will schedule according to our availability.

Groupon Policies

For our Couples massage request, we require a 48 hour notice and deposit due( which is non refundable) for scheduling purposes and availability


To ensure that all appointments are timely, Her Gifted Hands has the right to reschedule or cancel clients that are more than 10 minutes late for scheduled appointments due to our reserved schedule of how we book our clients. You may be subject to full payment of service rendered    


When arriving for your scheduled appointment please allow enough time for travel. Traffic is very heavy and could delay your arrival, in which your session would be adjusted to your arrival time


You only need to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. If you arrive before the 15 minutes, there is a waiting area on the first floor next to the elevator to wait until your scheduled appointment time in which you may come to our suite 10 minutes before your session is to start. Please do not wait in front of our door in the hallway

No children are allowed at our establishment... you must be 18 years of age in order to receive services at our establishment

Due to the sensitive nature of our services, allergies and to not offend other clients who are coming in for an appointment such as you are, we have the right to stop or cancel a session if we are having issues due to offensive hygiene, body odor, heavy perfumes or any type of smoking with any client so please be respectful to your therapist and give consideration to others who are coming into our establishment 







Thank you for your interest in our establishment, while we appreciate your purchase with Groupon please note the restrictions listed below in using your voucher

Groupons are for New Clients Only. If you have been to our establishment before and you repurchase another voucher, it will not be honored and you will have to contact Groupon Customer Support to request a refund. You can however help support a small business by purchasing with us directly with the current promotion price advertised

Only one voucher can be used per one new client. If more than one has been purchased it will not be honored however it can be gifted to another person to use

Two separate vouchers cannot be purchased to use as a Couples/ Two person massage at the same time or back to back appointments

All clients need to complete our Client Intake Waiver Form with emergency contact information before discussing scheduling an appointment or availability in order to get booked as soon as possible
